If you expressly agree to receive marketing communications, including by selecting an optional marketing-consent checkbox on a website form, we may add your email address to our regular marketing and newsletter list and use it to send product information, offers, newsletters, company news, event information and other promotional communications relating to DragMed and the products and services offered by NANODRAG Teknoloji İç ve Dış Ticaret Sanayi Limited Şirketi. The consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
Where marketing consent is collected electronically outside the İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS), we handle the consent in accordance with the applicable Turkish commercial electronic communications rules, including the required confirmation to the recipient and registration of the consent in İYS within the applicable period. Marketing consent is not obtained through a pre-selected option and is not made a condition for receiving a product, service, quotation, support or warranty service.
Under Turkish Law No. 6563 and the applicable rules on commercial electronic communications, prior marketing approval may not be required for commercial electronic messages sent to electronic communication addresses of recipients acting as merchants or tradesmen (tacir or esnaf). Where this exception applies, we may send relevant business-to-business promotional communications without separate prior marketing approval, provided that the recipient has not exercised the right to refuse, the relevant İYS requirements are satisfied, and there is an appropriate legal basis under KVKK for any processing of personal data. If the recipient objects, further commercial electronic messages will not be sent unless a new valid approval is obtained where required.
Where you provide contact details so that we can communicate with you about goods or services you have obtained, separate marketing approval is not required for communications concerning changes, use or maintenance of those goods or services where the law allows this. Similarly, transactional or legally required communications concerning matters such as orders, delivery, payment, warranty, support, safety or information updates may be sent without marketing consent where permitted. Such communications are not used to promote unrelated products or services unless a separate legal basis and, where required, marketing approval exists.
Where the GDPR applies, marketing based on your consent is processed under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Where another lawful basis or an applicable business-to-business or existing-customer exception is relied upon, we do so only to the extent permitted by the applicable electronic marketing and data-protection rules. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
You may unsubscribe or object to marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the email, replying to the message, contacting
info@dragmed.com or, where applicable, exercising your preference through İYS. We record and respect opt-out requests and will stop sending marketing communications through the relevant channel after a valid objection, subject to communications that remain necessary for contractual, warranty, support, product-safety, legal or administrative purposes.
We may use authorised email-delivery, customer-relationship and business-communication service providers to send messages, manage recipient lists, maintain consent and objection records and measure campaign delivery or interaction where legally permitted. Such providers receive only the information required for those services and are subject to the safeguards described in this Policy.
